To be "not afraid of constructive critique" is not enough.

It's only disseminated thought that can be improved. The world perhaps has evolved as a process of dissemination of thought (if you buy into the idealism philosophy).

Quantum physics requires decoherence in order for thought to become "materialized". Unless you review your notes and share them with others, you THINK your thoughts are great.
